Hi I’m Emily, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and healthy living advocate. I believe in living a balanced life for optimal health and well-being. This means not depriving yourself of the foods you love, but rather choosing healthier versions of them and eating mindfully. My holistic approach to living encompasses the belief that the entire body is connected; diet can directly affect your emotional state and your emotions can affect how you feel physically.
I have always had a big sweet tooth. Growing up I constantly craved sugar, carbohydrates and caffeine to get me through the day. I struggled with fatigue, anxiety, headaches and digestive disorders making focus and attendance in school extremely difficult.
In my early twenties, I began exercising regularly, cooking with fresh, whole foods, cutting down on sugar and amazing things started to happen! My marks shot up and I could sit through an entire lecture focused and alert. I graduated with honours in both diploma programs. My panic attacks diminished and anxiety became controllable. My weak, brittle hair became strong and began to grow!
For the first time in my life, I realized how good I could feel just by incorporating simple, sustainable changes.
It is now my passion to help others achieve this balance in life. To empower others to make conscious decisions and take control in all aspects of health and well-being. To raise awareness about the food we eat and how it directly affects us on a Holistic level not only physically, but mentally and emotionally.

Through informed workshops and nutritional counselling I can offer you effective lifestyle tips for attaining balanced health through informed food choices and holistic and therapeutic coaching.
