Is there somewhere I can pick up my order?

YES!  If you're located in the GTA, you can pick up your products M-F between 9 am to 5 pm at our warehouse: 25 Hollinger Road, Unit E in Toronto.  Please call to schedule an appointment.

How long after I place an order will my order be ready?

We process orders as soon as they come in.  If everything is in stock and good to go, we ship it out the same day.  If your in Toronto and want your order right away, you can pick it up from our warehouse. Or we can hand-deliver it to you if you're within Toronto if you order by 12pm EST.

Will I receive a confirmation that the order was processed and the package was delivered?

You will receive confirmation with a tracking number when it is shipped.  If you don't receive an email from us with the tracking number, please email us .

Subscription Boxes

Can I purchase a subscription box as a gift??

Absolutely!  You can choose from the 3, 6 or 12 month gift option.  You will be charged up front for the entire duration.  Please use your email address so we can notify you when the boxes are shipped out.  Include the recipients full name and mailing address as the 'shipping address'.  Your recipient will not be notified of delivery by email unless you include their email in place of yours.

Can I add products to my subscription order?

Yes, complete your order online, and make a note for the items to be added to your subscription box shipment.  We will usually put your subscription box within another box that include the rest of your order.  You are still eligible for FREE SHIPPING!

If I have an allergy, can you make substitutions?

Yes, this is possible.  Please email us at [email protected] or call us at 1-877-470-5710 x 2 prior to submitting your subscription box order.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course!  Just log into your account and you can hold or cancel your subscription at any time.  We recommend you email us to give us a heads up.

When are they shipped and when will I receive them?

We ship the subscription boxes the last week of the month.  You will receive them the first week of the month.  Shipping times are dependant on the delivery address.

Ex.  If boxes go out June 28th - June 30th.  You should receive them no later than the 10th of July.

When is my credit card charged?

For your initial order, your card will be charged at the time of your first order.  For the recurring monthly subscriptions your card will be charged on the 15th of the month for the next months delivery.

Pricing & Shipping

What method of payment can I use?

You can purchase with Visa, Mastercard or Paypal through the online boutique.  You can also pay by email money transfer.  Please email payment to [email protected].

What currency is listed?

All prices are settled in Canadian dollars but you have the option to view either US or CA dollar as a drop down on the top menu.

How much does shipping cost? Is it a flat rate?

Shipping prices vary on location and urgency. We have competitive rates for UPS ground and ship across Canada.  However, we use Canada Post as well, which is more cost effective for remote deliveries.

Do you only ship locally or anywhere in Canada?

We ship across North America.  Deliveries within the GTA are available as same-day with a local courier, if ordered before 12 noon.

For remote shipping ex. Nunavut, we typically ship Canada Post ground.  This could take anywhere from 5-10 business days.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, please contact [email protected] with your order and details.  Please note that due to some remote locations the service may take longer or be have additional charges.

How much tax will I be charged?

Tax will be calculated by the applicable rates applicable for the province your package is being delivered to.

    • 13% - Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador
    • 12% - British Columbia
    • 5% - Quebec, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut
What if I’m not satisfied with my order or something gets damaged during shipping?

If you're not totally satisfied with your order you can choose to have damaged items replaced or be issued a full refund or store credit.  Just shoot us an email!

Are there any concerns with heat-sensitive products?

We do not recommend shipping chocolate or heat-sensitive foods throughout the summer months.  Exceptions can be made for express shipping or local shipments.
