YES! If you're located in the GTA, you can pick up your products M-F between 9 am to 5 pm. Please call to schedule an appointment.
We process orders as soon as they come in. If everything is in stock and good to go, we ship it out the same day. If your in Toronto and want your order right away, you can pick it up. Or we can hand-deliver it to you if you're within Toronto if you order by 10:30am EST.
You will receive confirmation with a tracking number when it is shipped. If you don't receive an email from us with the tracking number, please email us.

Shipping prices vary on location and urgency. We have competitive rates for Purolator ground and ship across North America. However, we use Canada Post as well, which is more cost effective for remote deliveries.

If something is damaged during shipping, you can choose to have damaged items replaced or be issued a full refund or store credit. Just shoot us an email with a photo of the damaged items and a brief explanation.
We do not recommend shipping chocolate or heat-sensitive foods throughout the summer months. Exceptions can be made for express shipping or local shipments.
