3 Ingredient Vegan Matcha Ice Cream

We have a light a refreshing 3 Ingredient Vegan Matcha Ice Cream recipe to help you cool down on those hot summer days. We have replaced conventional milk with full fat coconut milk. Coconut milk is a great dairy substitute and a healthy source of saturated fatty acids, which have got a bad reputation as increasing cholesterol or blood pressure, when in reality they actually do the opposite from the right sources. They are medium-chain triglycerides that are known to build muscle and lose fat. Combined with matcha which has a long list of health benefits, this recipes is nutritions and delicious. Once cup of Matcha is equivalent to 10 cups of regular green tea, which helps to detoxify the body, burns calories, increase energy, boost memory and concentration and it is loaded with antioxidants. 



  1. Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender to combine. If you find the matcha is clumping, try heating the mixture. Before moving on to the next step make sure to put it in the refrigerator to cool.
  2. Pour the matcha ice cream base into you ice cream maker (follow your idea cream maker's directions). Add any of your mix-ins here.
  3. When you are ready to enjoy, take it out for 10-15 min to allow it to thaw slightly so it is easier to serve.
