Chia seeds are a power house of nutrients from filling fibre, protein and healthy fats. The perfect start to your morning, a satisfying dessert or as a filling snack!
1/2 cup of Kunachia Seeds
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. of cinnamon
1 tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp. of Maple Syrup
Optional: Try adding frozen banana for amazing flavour and creaminess
Mix chia seeds and almond milk together and cover in the fridge overnight. The next day, add the soaked chia seeds to a vitamin or blender with all other ingredients. Blend on high until smooth.
Top with coconut, or sliced strawberries!
